Magnolia moves along...

Magnolia at Wycliff never wanted to start...now it appears to have no end. Just when the units appear perfect to everyone on site, the decorator shows up on site. While we all understand decorators want the project to beautiful, there does come a point when function and form need to meet. The overall effects are amazing.

Colors, colors, and more colors...Magnolia added brights colors to the pop out balconies. The effect is a bold use of color in what many call the muted uptown area. It is a nice added used of color in a neighborhood that lacks color only on the buildings.

Carolina Chase Courtyard Improvements

Carolina Chase Apartments needed to renovate the courtyard fences. The gates have beaten away at the frames of the fences. The owners decided for security and wear and tear factors to enclosed the patios. The cedar fences are an improvement over the painted fences and give the courtyard a fresh natural look.

It was a very long process to get Riverchase underway. Looking back at the bids started in July of 2008. FIVE YEARS later the project is completed! The damaged this property sustained from the wicked Texas Hail Storms of 2010 was extensive. The James Hardi Siding replacement topped over 40,000 liner feet alone! All in all the property looks beautiful! And we lover the colors!!!
