Garden style apartments exterior caulking and painting includes siding, stucco, trims. Interiors are  caulked and putty around windows, door frames, baseboards, closets,  All trim requires one coat of primer, then it is hand sanded to ensure a smooth finish. Then two coats of latex enamel are applied to the trim.  All shelves and racks are hand painted to ensure a smooth and even finish. Walls and ceilings are sprayed followed with wet back rolling to ensure full coverage.
