One Uptown in Dallas, Texas.  This beautiful building is being built on the original Hard Rock Cafe site at Routh and McKinney Avenue.  One Uptown will feature 198 ultra high end apartment unit with in 17 floors overlooking the downtown and Uptown Dallas areas.  The lower levels will feature two restaurants with amply patio space and outdoor water features. ACP will be providing the wall finishes for this amazing tower for the general contractor, Hunt Construction, Inc.  This project is expected for leasing in early fall 2016.
