It was a very long process to get Riverchase underway. Looking back at the bids started in July of 2008. FIVE YEARS later the project is completed! The damaged this property sustained from the wicked Texas Hail Storms of 2010 was extensive. The James Hardi Siding replacement topped over 40,000 liner feet alone! All in all the property looks beautiful! And we lover the colors!!!

Hide the fan decks...Riverchase Gets Paint!

When it came time to pick colors for Riverchase, once again everyone wanted to have a say. Aharon Chen stepped in and took away the fan decks this time. This was not going to be another Gallery! Aharon had the green with light trim in mind from the beginning and KC agreed. The only delay was the garage door color. We tried about eight colors and the poor resident who came home everyday to a different door color for two weeks was a real sport.

Riverchase Apartments has a beautiful golf course along the backside. It provides a wonderful water and roller green view. The downside is trying to paint the mile long fence without being hit by golfballs. Wish we could say they were random, but they fly by rather frequently.

Riverchase was hit by golf ball size hail storms in April 2011. The owners and ACP worked closely togeather during the claim and public adjuster process to ensure the claim was paid at the top dollar value. The siding was damaged extensively from the hail. However, Riverchase backs up to The Riverchase Country Club in Coppell and during our many property walk we notice golf ball damage along the back side of the property. Still waiting to hear back from the country club.

Riverchase Apartments is flying along even in the colder weather. The sub contractor is on schedule to have the 4,000 squares of roofing completed in six weeks. At this rate RCA will be ahead of schedule by over three months.

Glorious Sun Property Management (USA), awarded ACP the renovation of Riverchase Apartments. The project is valued at over $1.3 million dollars. ACP was the original painting contractor for JPI on the property during construction. The project is expected to take six to eight months.
